Class Activity – 3
World famous leaders are archetypes for good and bad styles of leadership. We can learn a lot by looking at the differences is styles.
Usually students will name people such as Dr. ML King and Adolph Hitler as those leaders. Brainstorming the traits of leadership and brought to the class level reveal that bullying in school is the early path for learning bad leadership. Since bullies usually are performing in front of their friends, and since part one says real friends will give advice – friends of bullies are able to influence a great deal of power.
Bottom line, if they as a class (grade level/ peer group) unitedly hear and support peers helping their friends be better leaders, then later in high school or later for the town the school and community will be a safer place to live.
